If f(x)=g(x), than x²-2=5x-8

Now we need to solve this equation

x^2-2=5x-8\\x^2-5x+6=0\\D=b^2-4ac=(-5)^2-4*6=25-24=1=√(1) ^2\\x_1=(5+1)/(2)=3\\ x_2=(5-1)/(2) =2

Answer: 2, 3
