Your assignment will be to research the details of the case and present arguments for or against President Nixon's impeachment. Had he not resigned, should President Nixon have been impeached and removed from office? Type a paragraph below based on your research presenting your evidence and supporting your conclusions.

Richard M. Nixon resigned so he couldn’t/wouldn’t be impeached. The act of Impeachment, in my opinion, would have occurred were it not for his resignation and I believe he would have been convicted in the trial and therefore removed from office.
