Answer: Are you looking for something to do after school? Well our school has a basketball club. In this club you can meet new people and make new friends. You’ll even get to play basketball. We will work on drills and practice them to get better. We will probably play against another’s school’s basketball club if that school wants to play against us. We will get some varsity basketball players on our schools team to help you guys become better. You will even get a jersey like the kids on the team here. You can choose your own number and you’ll have your last name on the back. The coaches are the gym teachers here.

You don’t have to be good at basketball to join. You don’t even have to know how to dribble a basketball, you could be a couch potato and they’d still teach you. You will get to play 3 on 3 games against your friends. People can come watch. You’ll learn some cool tricks. You will learn how to do a layup, dribble, and pass. You don’t have to be there everyday just on days you are free. There is no cost. Girls can come learn too. You might be asked to play on a halftime show when the basketball team here has a game.

You should join the basketball team. It's really fun and a lot more interesting then you might think. We get to wear uniforms at the games. And when we win a game, we go to a higher game and we just keep on going. Well, until we loose, but if we win all of them we get a trophy. We stay after school during the week to practice. This could go on your record and help you get into college someday. Come join, it'll be fun, I promise. And you can quit it at the end of the year.

When you join it, you get your picture taken with the team to go in the yearbook. You should consider it. You have really good skills. And we need someone like you on the team. You would truly thrive and the team will go far. You won't just be helping yourself. But you'll be helping the team also. You are good at sports.
