first you do 3500 divided by 5 to get 700 then you do 700 + 700 to get 1400. Lastly you do 3500 - 1400 to get 2100.

Explanation:

2 out of 5 is 60% and 7*5 is 35 so if you multiply 7 by 3 then you get 21 and if you multiply that by 100 then you get 2100
