Answer: a) x 1.04

b) x 0.94 = 150.4

Explanation:

a) find 4% of 160 = 6.4

160 + 6.4 = 166.4

166.4/160 = 1.04 therefore you multiply by 1.04

b) find 6% of 160 = 9.6

160 - 9.6 = 150.4

150.4/160 = 0.94 therefore you multiply by 0.94 which then equals to 150.4
