Danielle was cooking dinner for her family when she burnt herself on the pan. She had a burn about the size of a quarter, and when she ran it under water it still hurt, but she was able to eat dinner. Is this an emergency or not? Who would you call?

I would not call this an emergency. it seems like a second degree burn which can be treated with aloe Vera and antiseptic spray.
