Explanation:

Picture this scenario, I am on a see-saw with my friend Jack and he gets off then someone else join on his side where he was, but that person is a little heavier. I cannot simply use the same force that I used with Jack. Why? because simply I won't get the same work done. i.e reach up high in the sky. Hope this helps bud!
