The volume of a right circular cone is 1,526.04 in. If the height of the cone is 18 in, what is the diameter of the cone?

here it would be the formula of finding the volume of a cone

=> (1/3) (pi) (r)^2 (h) = 1526.01

=> r^2 = (1526.01 x 3) / ( 3.14 x 18)

=> r = √80.99

=> r = 8.99

therefore, diameter = 2 x radius

= 2 x 8.99 = 17.9
