Answer:

A physical change is a change in the physical state of something. For example like its shape and mass/volume. A chemical change is when one substance transforms into a different state then what it was before so like when something changes color usually indicates a chemical change and sometimes the odor of something. Take an egg for example. When you boil an egg it is going through a chemical change. When you bake a cake it is going through a chemical change because whenever you bake or boil or cook something that means it is changing from one state to another state. Another example of a physical change is like ice melting to water and the other way around. It is still the same state as it was, meaning it is still water whether it is frozen or not frozen.
