The answer is D because A is addition. B is multiplication but the x is read as a exponent. C is a reflection of B. So S is the answer because the key word every gives the idea of multiplication. Plus x=hour so if 1000 doubles every hour then it would go 1000(2x)
2000(2x)
4000(2x)
