then it remains stationary from t = 4 to t =6 ...see the graph is flat (slope = 0 means no velocity) ...at position 3

at t = 6 it reverses course ....a negative velocity (steeper slope ...higher velocity) until it reaches position 0 at t = 9

These times are what I think I can see...the graph is kind of fuzzy.
