One easy way to solve this (considering it's on paper) would be to just plot the points of each option (because a rectangle is a quadrilateral which is equiangular (right angles) and a parallelogram).
Another way to solve this is the fact that it's angles are right angles. This means that a point has to be on the line y=5 and another point has to be on the line y=1. This means that the y coordinates of the other two points has to be 5 or 1, making the only possible answer B.
