Explanation:

Since it's heading towards negative Ys so in ax²+bx+c, a is negative and only option that a is negative in it, is option A.

Additionally, the parabola is moved 1 unit towards positive Xs, so —(x—1)²

and it's one unit up so —(x—1)²+1
