2+9x=4x+1 can somebody help me PLZ

Answer:

x= -1/5

Explanation:

subtract one from both sides. then subtract 9x from both sides. you are left with 1= -5x. divide one by -5 to get x alone. the answer is -1/5, even if you were to subtract 2 from both sides and 4x from both sides instead of 1 and 9.
