Grace could have mental health issues from past trauma, she could have a bad diet filled with sugar or be in a caloric surplus causing her to become overweight, she could be fatigued from lack of sleep, she could be a smoker, she could be lazy and not participate in exercise, she could have diseases that are inherited from her parents or she could have too much or too little sun exposure. There are countless influences to quicker biological ageing that chronological.
