Find the equation of the line in the form of y=mx+b, where m is the slope and b the y-intercept. Pick any two points to calculate the Rise/Run, or slope, of the line, as shown. The y-intercept, b, is the value of y when x=0. Rearrange the resulting equation, as necessary, to see if it matches any of the options. In option IV, I rearranged the answer, as it was easier to get it into the desired form of y=mx+b.

As shown, equations II and IV both match.
