Firstly we find the total number of eggs:

- 9 boxes x 15 eggs = 135 eggs

Secondly, the weight of the useful egg whites:

- 135 eggs x 40 grams = 5400 grams of egg whites

Thirdly we divide the egg whites weight by the sugar weight

- 5400/8000 = 0.675 which is larger than the minimum ratio, 3/5 = 0.6.
