Step-by-step explanation:

1) pretty straightforward i think you can describe your culture and family etc

2) you could reduce stress by reducing social media, more meditation, eating well, taking breaks during work//school, spending time with family and friends...

3) to be physically fit means to have a healthy balanced diet, a healthy weight and to have a healthy immune system. you can of course do that by exercise and eating well, taking vitamins and not spending too much time sitting and watching a screen even though yea its fun.

4) -guide each other, their success is your success, support and be there and don't let them down.

5) put them through a series of activities that they'll need to work together to complete maybe like an escape house can be good to bring people together because you need everyone's skills.
