Answer:

I agree. People have the responsibility to decide what food they can eat and when; however, to be able to make this decision the people need to have access to reliable information about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. My assumption is based on the fact that the access to information is key to maintain health, treat diseases and promote wellness.
