There are lots of workout videos and cardio videos you can do. Now, lets talk about fear, if something scares you, don't just sit there and wait for it to come at you, you go to it. Get over that fear by challenging it to make you fall down, but in the end you'll win over your fear and that will become your power to stop anything that gets in your way.
