The height of a ball kicked in the air is modeled by the equation

h(t) -2t^2 +8t +24, where h is the height of the ball in feet and t is the time in seconds. What is the average rate of change of the function over the interval t=2 to t= -5

theres two answers to this question and im not sure which one is correct

it can be -8 or 90

you should specify which one is t1 and which one is t2

2( { - 5})^(2) + 8(2) + 24 = 90
