Answer:

ax^2 + bx +c = 0

(-3,0), (4,0); (2,-20)

=>

9a -3b + c = 0

16a +4b + c = 0

4a +2b + c = -20

=>

a = 2

b = -2

c = -24

=> 2x^2 -2x -24 =0
