Please help with this psychology question !!

Imagine looking through an open door and seeing a huge mountain in the distance. You walk toward the door, and then notice that the mountain is not in the distance, but is actually nearby and only five feet tall. It is a model of a mountain, built as part of a carnival ride.
i. Define transduction, and how it applies when you look at the mountain. In what part of the eyes did it take place? What route did the nerve impulses take in the brain?

Answer:

the visual system receives physical stimuli in the form of light and sends those stimuli as electrical signals to the brain, which interprets the signals as images.
