During the career issue presentations of this course, you learned about topics and issues that students may face that can affect aspects of their career and life. Describe two of the presentations that left a lasting impression on you. What was the issue that was described and what were some of the strategies presented to manage this issue? When their is so much diversity in an environment, differences tend be well-regarded and even nurtured. Conformity and unity is difficult to achieve since the environment is very diverse. Individuals are then motivated to think differently and critically. The result is that critical thinking is cultivated in the environment.
