Answer:

(0,-3)

Explanation:

( r, theta)

We know that x = r cos theta

x = -3 cos (pi/2)

x = -3 *0 = 0

We also know that y = r sin theta

y = -3 sin (pi/2)

y = -3*1 = -3

The rectangular coordinates are

(0,-3)
