I believe the first one would be “Juana jugaba con ese oso de peluche rojo” because ese/a is used to point out nouns that are further from the speaker (the stuffed animal on the floor) while este/a is used for nouns that are close to the speaker (which would be the stuffed animal in her hands). Stuffed animal is also masculine so it would be the masculine singular (ese).

the second question would be “el columpio” which is swings and grammatically makes the most sense in that sentence.
