Relieving stress, can relax your body and make you feel better. But fighting stress can just build up all your stress inside you, and then at the worst time it can just all come out. And make you feel embarrassed or sad

Relieving stress brings relief and relaxation, although it will be difficult for you to distract from it. And the fight against the harmful effects of stress is a harder job that gives more results because you reduce the impact of stress on you.
