Great amount of stress can effect your body in many ways including restlessness, aches and pains, clumsiness, upset stomach, over eating, felling not hungry all the time, tiredness, chills, frequent yawning or sneezing, tense muscles, hair loss, nail biting, feeling empty, and many other symptoms.

Physical symptoms of stress includes low energy, headaches, upset stomach, aches and pains, tense muscles, chest pain/rapid heartbeat, insomnia, frequent colds and infections, loss of sexual desire and/or ability, and more.

The stress response is the body's way of protecting you.
