Answer:

X = 5

dimension = 7 ft x 8 ft

Explanation:

1) draw it out and put 5 in place of "X"

2) 2 + 5 = 7 & 5 + 3 = 8

3) 7 and 8 are factors of 56

4) area of rectangle is length x width
