Using this we can find the side between 7,6 and 7,1 is 5.

The side between 7,1 and -5,6 is 13

The side between 7,6 and -5,6 is 12

After using the formula we can conclude the side between 7,1 and -5,6 is the longest, and it equals 13. Therefore the answer is B.
