arctan(28) = TreeHeightSeenFromHisEyes/30

TreeHeightSeenFromHisEyes = 30 * arctan(28)

TreeHeightSeenFromHisEyes = 30 * 1.53509721411557

TreeHeightSeenFromHisEyes = 46.0529164234672

Do not forget to add 2 meters because that is approximately where the eyes of the man are located in respect to the ground on which the man is standing.

46.05 + 2m = 48,05m

Please note you need to answer for nearest WHOLE number, so the answer is 48 m
