A. f(x) = (4x+5)(x-3)

B. Since +4 > 0, the graph opens up

as always, the vertex is at x = -b/2a = 7/8

C. plot the vertex at (7/8, -18 1/16)

pick a point or two, say at x=0,1,2 and plot them. then draw a curve through them.
