Answer:

Berlin Airlift - Was a success.

The Soviet Union controlled East Berlin, and all of the German territory that sorrounded West Berlin.

It tried to blockade West Berlin, in order to cause a shortage of goods and services so great, that the U.S. would eventually abandon its control over West Berlin, allowing the Soviet Union to seize that area of the city.

However, the U.S. was able to supply the city with goods and services, via airplanes. This made the Soviet blockade ineffective, and allowed West Berlin to remain outside of Soviet control.

Korean War - Was neither a success nor a failure.

The Korean War was more like a stalemate, because half of the Korean Peninsula became a communist country under the influence of the Soviet Union, while the other half became a capitalist country under American influence.

The war was very cruel, and lead to many casualties though, so the Korean people were the true losers in this war.

NASA - Was a success.

NASA was founded in order to face the Soviet achievements in space policy: first satellite in space, first human being in space, and so on.

NASA had the most well-known success when it was able to land astronauts in the moon. After this event, it was decided that the U.S. had won the space race, even if the Soviet Union had the upper hand at first.
