Since 1,000 kilojoules of light energy struck the solar cell in a closed system and no heat was generated, all of this energy was transformed into electric energy, then all of that energy was transformed into kinetic energy. So there were 1,000 kilojoules of electric energy and 1,000 kilojoules of kinetic energy.
