touches the ground and makes an angle 60° with the ground. Find
the length of the broken part of the tree.

Explanation:

Let the broken part is (x) m

so other part is (14-x) m


\sin(60) = (14 - x)/(x)


\sin(60) = ( √(3) )/(2)


= x = (56 - 28 √(3) )m
