x = -1, y = 1

Explanation:

2x-y=-3 // y = 2x + 3 (eqn 1)

3x+y=-2 (eqn 2)

sub 1 into 2

3x + 2x + 3 = -2

5x = -5

x = -1

sub x = -1 into eqn 1

y = -2+3

y = 1
