Can someone please help me makes this email informal without changing the format. Just the words! ​

Yo I want to complain about the food i ate yesterday at your restaurant.

We booked a table for six but when we arrived, no tables were free for us and we had to wait for like more than 45 minutes to get a table.

There were 12 dishes in the menu but only 4 were available and the food was bad. The fish tasted disgusting and the waiter was so rude when i told him bout it.

We ate in your restaurant many times before but this is the first time we were treated so badly. I'm not asking for a refund but like i would like it if you improve the quality of your food and your customer service.

There were only 4 dishes available out of 12 and they were horrible.

The fish specifically tasted so bad and the waiter was so rude about it.

We've eaten in your restaurant several times in the past and this is the first time something like this happened. I don't want a refund but I just want you to improve the quality and service."
