V = 150.80 cu.ft.

Explanation:

shape is a cone

$V=(1)/(3) \pi r^(2) h$

r=8/2=4ft

h=9ft

Then:

$V=(1)/(3) \pi (4)^(2) (9)=48\pi =150.80cu.ft$
