The article "How Will You Measure Your Life?" by Dr. Clayton Christensen talks about the importance of finding purpose and meaning in life and in your career. He provides many suggestions and stories that are likely to benefit people as they begin their careers.

In my opinion, the most important piece of advice that Dr. Christensen gives is that of not giving in to the idea of "just this once." He argues that, if we have a personal principle or rule that we want to respect, it is important to do so at all times. He argues that giving in to the idea of "just this once" will cause the duty to become less powerful, and can eventually lead you to act in ways that you did not want for yourself. This will affect my personal life because it will help me be more firm in my ideas of what I want and what I do not want out of life. It will also impact my integrity as it will make me more reliable and trust-worthy.
