2. What is an equation of the line that has slope -4 and passes through the point (-2,-5)?

the answer is y=-4x-13. first you need to find b (the y-intercept). to do that you plug in the values to y=mx+b so it is -5=-4(-2)+b. when you solve for b you get -13. then you write y=mx+bas you normally would so you would get y=-4x-13. hope this helped :)
