How did the Telegraph change communication in the early 1800s?

The Telegraph that was made in the 1800s changed the way we communicated forever. That was a breaking point in fast communication, we use to send letters to communicate which could take days, weeks and months. By the time the letter reached the penmans destination the information could be delayed or not accurate. Now thanks to the life changing Telegraph we can send information the same time it happened
