Explanation:

Width=7.2cm

Length =19cm

Height =32cm

Surface Area=2(LW+LH+WH)

=2(19*7.2+19*32+7.2*32)

Surface Area
=1950.4 cm^2

When the height is increased by 0.9cm

Height =32.9cm

Surface Area=2(LW+LH+WH)

=2(19*7.2+19*32.9+7.2*32.9)

Surface Area
=1997.56 cm^2

Difference in Surface Area=1997.56-1950.4
