Some people say knowledge is power. I believe having a good imagination is far more powerful. Yes, I think you need knowledge to have a good imagination and the other way around. A strong imagination helps in so many different situations. Dark days, stressful days, happy times, while playing with or watching kids, too. I need my imagination to take me away sometimes, and especially to help me with my creative side (drawing, photo editing, etc.). Hopefully, my imagination will help me land a job using my mind and creativity, such as drawing, writing, photography, stories, or even just to share with my friends.

I agree and disagree because they are equally as important to have and obtain. Imagination has been used to create and invent new technology, techniques, etc, but knowledge is used to understand if this can be created and if it would be safe to use. Without knowledge, we would basically be brain-dead and not understand what this is used for and what it could be made into. With knowledge we can understand that (for example) flint and steel can be used into making a fire, glass into sand, wool into blankets and clothing, etcetera. Imagination lets you use your knowledge and put it to the test, meaning that you understand what a certain thing can be used as and what you could create using it. For example, lighters contain lighter fluid which by pushing a button makes a gas (fire) to light things on fire. Using knowledge about lighter fluid and inventing a machine by making a spark with steel and using the fluid to create gas is using their imagination at hand. So understandably, both are equally as important because with collective learning and passing on knowledge to different groups, we invented many things for agriculture, hunting, etcetera, by using imagination to invent techniques. Furthermore, one should not be chosen as "superior" over the other, especially if it involves imagination over knowledge. In conclusion, I am in between.
