Why is this a neutral mutation ?

Answer:

Neutral mutation means that the mutation that changes the sequence of polyneuclotides in DNA didn't result in a change in sequence of Amino acids in protein product OR mutation results in the change of amino acid sequence in a non crucial region in the protein product, leading to no change in shape and function of protein product.
