If someone you know is really angry at you, shouting, and making a scene, you should: take a deep breath, soften your stance, use empathy, and avoid being defensive. However, what if you are the aggressor? Using your text, determine which strategy or strategies to manage anger would best fit your personality. Explain the reasoning behind your choice(s).

Calm yourself by taking deep breathes, or express that you need to walk away before things escalate and simply walk away and clear your head till you’re stable enough to go back to what you were doing, or even scream into a pillow(s), or simply start counting backwards/forwards from/up to 100, or even carry some sort of stress ball/toy.

Hope this helps!
