Answer:

y - 3 = 2/3(x - 5)

Explanation:

Formula:

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

It doesn't apply to this problem but keep in mind that two negatives make a positive so instead of writing, for example, y - (-5), you can just write y +5.

Makes it a lot cleaner and easier to work with.
