The slope here is 2/1 or 2. Considering rise/run we can see that the line goes up (rise) two (2) points and over (run) one (1).

Now we have y= 2x+b, we just need the y-intercept.

Looking at the y-axis, the line crosses at (0, -3). So the y-intercept is -3!

That gives us y=2x-3
