2. Why was there fear of too much governmental power?

1). Second Amendment. Right to Bear Arms

which says that individuals have the right to keep and bear arms.

2). its the overloads public’s sensibilities, and eventually people discount almost entirely the government’s attempts to frighten them further.

3). yes l will say it was important as it was in 1791, but nowadays people use it as a bad reason.
