\sf \implies \textsf{percent change from 1845-1846}=(148-118)/(118) * 100=25.4 \%


\sf \implies \textsf{percent change from 1846-1847}=(139-148)/(148) * 100=-6.1 \%


\sf \implies \textsf{percent change from 1847-1848}=(151-139)/(139) * 100=8.6 \%
