That sculpture looks to be a pharaoh. With the nemes, the headpiece represents he has authority in his society, almost like a crown. The postiche shows that they were born into royalty, furthermore suggesting they are a powerful figure.. The falcon actually represents Horus, one of the egyptian gods.
